Post-apocalunch.
We had what my wife described as “an explosive power failure” this afternoon. (More on that later.) Fortunately, my brother, the pastry chef, has this crazy propane burner rig in the garage. Lunch was saved. That was a close one!

So… you are both amazingly talented chefs. And you are eating Kraft Mac n’ Cheese for lunch. Nice.

I am not a chef. I am a cook. And even if I were a chef, I would eat blue box mac and cheese now and again. Have you tried it? It is GOOD.

I haven’t had it in years. My husband has this great habit of telling me about my colon when I eat things like that. Gosh, he’s fun.

Yeah, I did some research on his whole stance regarding pasta and one’s colon. I found utterly nothing to substantiate his claims. Now, the “cheese” sauce portion…well…I don’t have any illusions about that stuff. So…Maybe I’ll die sooner, but at least I’ll be happier.
