Many of you know that I love to cook. There are few things I find more satisfying. It’s such a great mix of art and science. A number of people have suggested that I “should have a cooking show”. These are, of course, the same people who suggested I should, “move to another planet” and “build an oil derrick in the North Atlantic”. Cooking shows are hard. Websites are easy. Well, easier, at any rate.
Without further ado, I give you Skillet Ninja. It’s basically a *cough* regularly updated blog of recipes and useful cooking information with pretty pictures provided by my equally pretty wife, Keri.
Here we go again. I moved servers and decided to take the opportunity to update the ever-loving crap out of the site. Not sure what I’m doing with it this time around, but I assure you that whatever it is, it will be way more frequent. By “way more frequent” I mean “more than once every six months”. I figure if I set low expectations, you’ll all be surprised when I exceed them. If I fail then you can say you told me so.
I am Jaybill McCarthy and this would be my website. What is this, like…lap five? Six? Well, whatever, it’s back again. I’d try to tell you who I am or what I do, but that would just end up getting messy and complicated and I would probably cry a lot.
